As students head back to school this fall, we are excited to share some new third-party publisher collections that have been recently added as options for myON customers. myON add-on collections expand the fiction offerings, extend nonfiction content to further support subjects and curricula, include additional English language learner resources, and provide more texts for Pre-K and beginning readers, as well as middle and high school students. New third-party publisher collections
We’re thrilled to announce six new myON collections from four new myON publishers, now available for sale!
Bellwether: State Profiles is the latest collection from trusted myON partner Bellwether, and features a title for each US state, plus Puerto Rico and Washington DC! Readers will travel from the Appalachians to the Grand Canyon in this fact-filled series. Along the way, they’ll visit famous cities, learn about local festivals, and discover favorite foods in each state. Features highlight inventions, favorite sports teams, current and future challenges, and a favorite recipe, while maps of the state and its landforms show readers around. Help students discover what makes each state great!
Little, Brown (an imprint of Hachette) is a worldwide publishing company that publishes well-known and recognizable fiction titles in high interest areas like fantasy, romance, and thrillers. These are brand new collections from Little, Brown, featuring some fantastic and award-winning high-interest trade titles. These collections are focused on titles that feature underrepresented voices and student populations, so that everyone can see themselves in these exciting titles. The collections are perfect for any secondary school looking to expand their digital library and engage their students with books that make them want to read.
Little, Brown: DEI Award Winners for Middle School includes titles like Amira & Hamza: The War to Save the Worlds, The Witch, the Sword, and the Cursed Knights, and Lift, and is a great fit for students in grades 6–8.
Little, Brown: DEI Award Winners for High School includes titles like I Miss You I Hate This, Ay, Mija!, and The Wolves are Waiting, and is a great fit for students in grades 9–12.
Rebel Girls is a global empowerment brand dedicated to raising the most inspired and confident generation of girls. We are proud to partner with Rebel Girls to bring their fantastic titles to myON customers worldwide, and to ensure we’re meeting the needs of all students. This collection includes the smash hit bestseller Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls and focuses on reaching all students with their message of hope, confidence, and empowerment.
Story Shares is a fantastic new publishing partner that focuses on empowering and engaging striving readers. We have two collections with Story Shares:
- Story Shares: Older Decodables: A decodable series, complete with scope and sequence for each title, written for students in grades 3–5. These high-interest decodables are unique in the market, as most decodable titles are written for early elementary students. With this collection, we hope to support the reading journeys of all students.
- Story Shares: Hi-Lo Own Voices: A hi-lo collection of readers features authors and characters from underrepresented populations, and includes stories designed to capture the imagination and attention of all students.
myON third party collections and Accelerated Reader
myON and Accelerated Reader are better together! All myON third party collections are assessed for Accelerated Reader quizzes. All eligible myON titles will have Accelerated Reader quizzes that a student can take seamlessly from the myON page straight to the Accelerated Reader quiz.
