New search and filter options in Schoolzilla
We’re excited to share a few new enhancements to the Schoolzilla dashboards (Starter and premium accounts) to help you find data more quickly to support informed decision making.
New filter options
The District Profile and the Our Schools dashboard now have two new filter options—School Level and School Region:
These new filtering options enable administrators to quickly see summary data at the school level or by regional area. They will save you time viewing health across all metrics when you want to focus on a particular region, rather than having to set regional filters for each metric pillar. Both the School Level and School Region filters can be configured to match the specific characteristics of a district.
New search feature
The Our Schools dashboard also has a new search bar, so administrators can find a school faster than scrolling through numerous pages to find a school. This is especially helpful for larger districts with hundreds of schools.
Updated button for Metric Zoom
Users can now click a new “Explore” button to access Metric Zoom:
And don’t worry—the great features you know and love in Metric Zoom remain the same. Use it to dig deeper into your district’s or school’s high-level results to explore root cause, see performance trends over time, compare groups, analyze performance-level distributions, and much more.
Our goal is to provide you with key insights to answer essential questions around academic achievement and trends in attendance and behavior, as well as supporting students in need of additional support with Student Intervention Groups. With these enhancements, administrators can move more quickly from data toward action in informing practice, policy, and instruction.
Additional update to Schoolzilla Starter
Schoolzilla Starter will soon have a new name: Renaissance Analytics. All of the features you know and love in Schoolzilla Starter will remain the same, and Renaissance Analytics will provide district and school leaders with the data they need across all Renaissance practice and assessment products.
Renaissance Analytics will continue to be available at no additional cost.
You’ll begin to see the name Renaissance Analytics appear in the software and support resources in the coming weeks. There is nothing you need to do for this transition to take place.
