Tax Information

Items included in your order may be subject to state & local sales, transaction privilege, gross receipts, or excise tax. Any applicable tax is subject to change without notice and will be added to your invoice. At this time, Renaissance Learning collects tax in most states. For Hawaii residents, we will add the maximum allowable general excise tax based on your location to your order. For New Mexico residents, we will add the local gross receipts tax to your order. If you are exempt from the tax, please provide a valid and correct tax exemption certificate.

United States government and agency transactions into Arizona & New Mexico: The incidence of the tax is on Renaissance Learning. Since the tax is not directly imposed on the United States, the constitutional immunity of the United States does not apply.

Purchase Orders

You may send a fully executed purchase order with approved number. Purchase orders are billed net 30 days. Sorry, we cannot accept verbal purchase orders.
