That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest updates in Freckle. By leveraging these features, you can more easily identify and address individual student needs, foster collaboration among educators, and create a more impactful and efficient learning environment
1. Math & ELA Report Card enhancements
Based on teachers’ feedback, Math and ELA Report Cards have been redesigned to better meet their needs and make tracking student progress simpler and more effective. Here’s what’s new:
- New Activity tabs make it easier to view all completed student work in one place, while more detailed domain and standard-level reports help you dive deeper into student performance.
- The Math Adaptive Skills Progress charts have been revamped for greater clarity and ease of use, with new tables added for further insight. We’ve also introduced an Adaptive Skills Progress chart for ELA.
- Additionally, the Standards Proficiency tab now breaks down progress by individual standards, offering more targeted insights to guide instruction.
2. Sharing assignments
You can now share assignments between teachers in Freckle—you can either use the shareable link option or share directly via email to a specific teacher. This new feature makes collaboration easier, allowing teachers to reuse effective materials, ensuring consistency across classrooms.
3. Assignable Focus Skills practice
The ability to assign Math and ELA Focus Skills is now available in Freckle. This highly requested feature gives teachers greater control over targeting essential skills, allowing students to focus on areas that need the most attention. By assigning Focus Skills, teachers can create more impactful learning experiences. This enhances classroom efficiency and supports student growth, adding even more value to your teaching toolkit.
