To support educators and help maintain fidelity of test administration, we’re introducing the System Diagnostic Check Tool*—a simple, proactive way to verify that a device meets technical requirements before Star testing begins.
This tool allows educators to:
- Run a quick pre-check to confirm system compatibility and connectivity
- Troubleshoot interruptions by identifying potential causes if a test is disrupted
The System Diagnostic Check Tool includes a results summary page (shown below) that gives educators a clear snapshot of system readiness—highlighting which components meet technical requirements and flagging any areas that may need attention.
