Renaissance Launches ReadQuest: A Year-Long Reading Adventure Designed for Students

The newly expanded ReadQuest kicks off May 1 with summer reading resources

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (May 1, 2018)Renaissance®, a leader in pre-K–12 learning analytics, is thrilled to announce the official launch of ReadQuest®, a year-long reading adventure designed to encourage and motivate students to read. The newly expanded program, which used to coincide with Read Across America Day, now provides students with tools and resources to keep them engaged with reading materials every day of the year.

Renaissance is kicking off this year’s ReadQuest by offering a toolkit of student-focused materials to encourage summer reading. It includes bookmarks, curated book lists, a summer calendar of events, and much more. The toolkit is free to download and available here.

In addition, participants can register for a chance to win books, watch Facebook Live events, explore the 2018 What Kids Are Reading report, and browse an interactive calendar of summer events on the ReadQuest page tailored to inspire reading ideas at home.

Participants are encouraged to come back to the ReadQuest site often, as themes will change throughout the year. While the current focus is summer learning, fall will mark a transition to materials tailored for back-to-school season.
